Richmond County has no town, village, or separate municipal criminal court. The local split is between Richmond NYC Criminal Court and Richmond County Supreme Court, Criminal Term. That name is a common trap: in New York, Supreme Court is not the state's highest appellate court.

Full dates of birth, Social Security numbers, victim facts, protected addresses, grand-jury minutes, sealed charges, and youthful-offender material are not ordinary public fields. If a Richmond County case view lacks a document, that absence does not mean the court never received it.
